New voting restrictions, say it ain’t so
The national elections of 2020 have come, gone, and now are probably being analyzed and dissected down to the last comma and sound bite to see what went right or wrong.

I Voted Today
I voted today. No, it was not my first time, but this time was different. I have been voting since 1973 when the law first allowed 18 year olds to be part of this rite of passage. Almost without fail, every four years, every two years, every time there was an election of any sort, I cast a vote, so I was unprepared for the emotional state I found myself in today.
Trust the Process
Trust the process, be vigilant, pay attention, and vote early
October 14 is the first day of early voting in most states and I am happy this day has finally arrived. What I’m really longing for is November 4, the day after the election, when all the trauma and drama should be over. At least, I pray it will be.
